• You hold an active HCA certification or CNA license (required for this live-in case)
• You have strong, proven experience in dementia care
• You have no physical lifting restrictions and are completely comfortable with hands-on care
• You have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and active auto insurance
• You have a Food Handler Card and CPR/First Aid experience (or you're fully willing to obtain them with our help)
• You know how to use a Hoyer Lift, or you're ready to learn

Your Live-In Schedule:

• Premium live-in case: 24-hour shifts (1 to 2 days per week available)

Your Job Duties May Include:

• Dementia care
• Companionship / emotional safety
• Personal care (bathing, dressing)
• ADLs
• Mobility + safe transfers (Hoyer training provided if needed)
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Taking accurate notes
