• You have previous caregiving experience (preferred, not required)
• You hold a CNA or HCA certification (or are willing to certify with tuition help)

• You know CPR/First Aid
• You are comfortable with, or eager to learn, safe Hoyer Lift transfers

On an average visit, your next client may need assistance with...

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
• Safe mobility and Hoyer Lift transfers (training provided)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Documenting care and reporting any changes
• Encouraging clients to stay active, engaged, and joyful
