Position Overview:

• Location: Franklin area
• Schedule: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, 1PM - 3PM shifts
• Compensation: Base hourly pay plus $8 extra per hour on short shifts
• Additional Benefits: $100 bonus every 100 hours, holiday & overtime pay, driving bonuses

Typical Duties:

• Fall prevention and home safety monitoring
• Assistance with transfers, bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Medication reminders and hospice care support
• Assisting with transportation to appointments and errands
• Providing companionship and engaging clients

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum one year professional caregiving experience (non-family)
• Strong caregiving skills: ADLs, safe transfers, personal care
• Proof of training or demonstration of skills accepted
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass criminal, DMV, and drug screenings

Additional Preferred Experience:

• Dementia and hospice care
• Working with medical equipment like Hoyer lifts
• Confidence driving clients to appointments and errands
