Job Overview:

• Title: PRN Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Location: Milwaukee metro area and surrounding suburbs
• Shift Availability: 1st shift (7am–3pm), 2nd shift (3pm–9pm), Weekend shift (7am–9pm)
• Compensation: Weekly Pay with Performance-Based Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform safe client transfers with equipment like Hoyer lifts
• Assist with incontinence management and catheter care
• Check vital signs such as blood pressure and glucose levels
• Remind clients to take medications and prepare light meals
• Complete light housekeeping, errands, and client transportation
• Accurately record care notes following care plans

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, or home health aide
• Comfortable with all levels of personal care and medical support
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation required
• Reliable, communicative, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Other Requirements:

• Comfort caring for clients with pets and smokers
• Available for last-minute shift assignments
