Position Overview

Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Promote client safety, mobility and independence at home

Build consistent client relationships through reliable and dependable care

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

Support safe transfers and mobility

Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs

Provide light housekeeping and help maintain an organized, safe home

Provide medication reminders and transportation to appointments and errands

Offer companionship and emotional support

Follow client care plans and accurately document care using smartphone tools

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience assisting with ADLs preferred but not required

Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and mobility assistance

Strong communication skills and professionalism

Smartphone required for care documentation and communication

Must pass required background checks and drug screening
