Position Overview

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and grooming

Support client independence and mobility within the home

Build trusting relationships through consistent and dependable care

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including toileting and safe transfers

Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs

Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping

Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Use smartphone tools to document care and follow client care plans

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Comfortable providing hands-on assistance and mobility support

Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

Smartphone required for care documentation and communication

Must pass required background checks and drug screening
