• You have previous caregiving (preferred -- not required!)
• You hold a CNA or HCA certification (or are willing to certify w/ tuition help!)
• You have a Food Handler Card (we will help you obtain one!)
• You know CPR / First Aid
• You are comfortable with, or eager to learn, safe Hoyer Lift transfers

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
• Safe mobility and Hoyer Lift transfers (training provided)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Light Housekeeping
• Document care and report any changes
• Encourage clients to stay active, engaged, and joyful
