Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque is actively hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers for overnight shifts caring for seniors in their homes. If you enjoy overnight schedules, quieter work settings, and meaningful relationships with clients, this could be the perfect fit for you.

We are currently hiring for consistent overnight shifts from 8PM–8AM with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules.

PAY & BENEFITS

• $15/hr – Entry Level (No Experience Needed)

• $16/hr – 6+ Months Caregiving Experience

• $17/hr – Medical Assistant Certification or 4+ Years Experience

• $18/hr – CNA Certified Caregivers

• +$1/hr Weekend Differential

• $175 Bonus Every Payday

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist clients with bedtime and overnight routines

• Help monitor safety and provide overnight supervision

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

• Provide toileting and incontinence care when needed

• Light housekeeping and snack/meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance

• Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent overnight

NO EXPERIENCE? WE WILL TRAIN YOU.

We are willing to train dependable, compassionate caregivers who are eager to learn and grow in the field.

Training Includes:

• Paid onboarding and orientation

• Hands-on instruction

• Ongoing support from experienced staff

• Guidance to help you succeed confidently in caregiving

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to remain awake, alert, and attentive overnight

• Compassionate and professional attitude

• Reliable transportation preferred

• Smartphone for clock-in and documentation

• Ability to pass background screening

(No disqualifying offenses related to violence, abuse, or theft)
