Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Weekly Pay + Flexible Hours

Pay: $16.00 per hour

We are hiring caregivers and home care aides to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for clients in the Gas City area, including individuals living with dementia or memory-related conditions.

We are looking for candidates who have prior caregiving experience and are comfortable supporting clients with memory care needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide support for clients with dementia, including redirection and routine-based care
• Offer companionship and maintain a calm, respectful environment
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow care plans and communicate with the care team

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (PCA, HHA, or similar)
• Experience working with dementia or memory care clients strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow care instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Work Environment

Care is provided in client homes on a one-on-one basis. This allows caregivers to focus on consistent routines, which is especially important when supporting individuals with dementia.
