POSITION SUMMARY:

Indolj is a leading provider of innovative Ordering Websites, POS, Digital Menu Boards, Inventory, and Digital Marketing solutions for restaurants across Pakistan. We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding restaurants to use our cutting-edge Ordering Websites, POS, Digital Menu Boards, Inventory, and Digital Marketing ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential restaurant clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Onboarding & Training: Assist new clients in onboarding and provide initial training
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into active clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to address client needs and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the technology or F&B industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
