Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque is actively hiring caregivers over the next two weeks for upcoming start dates beginning 6/24/2026. We are currently hiring for immediate openings focused on weekend availability (Friday–Sunday required). Additional weekday (Monday–Thursday) shifts will be opening within the next 2 weeks, and current hires will have priority access as those schedules become available.

Compensation

Starting pay is based on verifiable experience and credentials:

• $15.00/hour – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

• $16.00/hour – 6+ Months of Caregiving Experience

• $17.00/hour – Medical Assistant Certification or 4+ Years of Verifiable Experience

• $18.00/hour – CNA Certification

Additional Earnings:

• $1.00/hour Weekend Differential

• $175 Bonus Every Pay Period

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities

• Prepare meals and light housekeeping

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with transportation and errands

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes

Scheduling Options

• Full-Time

• Part-Time

• 12-Hour Day Shifts

• Weekend Shifts (Friday–Sunday Required)

Availability Requirement:

Must have weekend availability (Friday–Sunday required).

We are currently filling weekend-focused schedules, with weekday shifts (Monday–Thursday) expected to open within the next 2 weeks, with priority given to current team members as those shifts become available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable

• Reliable transportation required (valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, and active auto insurance in applicant’s name)

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to pass background screening (no disqualifying history related to violence, abuse, or theft)

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required

• Weekend availability required
