Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals
• Drive clients to medical appointments when needed
• Maintain detailed records of care and communicate any changes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
• CNA or HHA certification strongly preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test or ability to obtain one
• Active Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background check or ability to obtain https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to assist with client transfers and physical mobility

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care
• Hospice or palliative care experience a plus
• One-on-one home care experience preferred
