Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque is actively hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. Whether you are an experienced caregiver, CNA, Medical Assistant, or someone looking to start a rewarding career in caregiving, we would love to meet you.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: All applicants must have consistent weekend availability.

Pay Rates

Starting pay is based on verifiable experience and credentials:

• $15.00/hour – Entry Level (No Experience Required)
• $16.00/hour – 6+ Months of Caregiving Experience
• $17.00/hour – Medical Assistant Certification or 4+ Years of Verifiable Experience
• $18.00/hour – CNA Certification
• +$1.00/hour Weekend Differential
• $175 Bonus Every Pay Period

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Personal care assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands

Schedule Requirements

We offer flexible scheduling, however weekend availability is required for all caregivers in this role.

Schedule options may include:

• Full-Time Opportunities

• 12-Hour Shifts
• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Weekend Shifts (Required)
• Shorter Shifts Available Between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable
• Must have weekend availability
• Reliable transportation required. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and active auto insurance in their name.
• Ability to pass background screening (No disqualifying history related to violence, abuse, or theft)
• Strong communication skills
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required
