Caregiver / Home Health Aide – Flexible Scheduling

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

No experience required — paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available.

No running between clients. More consistent, manageable shifts.

NeuroCare Home Health provides one-on-one in-home care for individuals with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions, helping clients live safely, comfortably, and independently at home. This is a caregiver home care role focused on consistency, routine, and meaningful support.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders

• Support mobility and safety

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and engagement

• Monitor and report changes in condition

Requirements

• Experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate, reliable, and dependable

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable with hands-on care

• Valid driver’s license preferred

We will train the right person — reliability and compassion matter most.

This is a one-on-one caregiver home care position where you work with one client at a time in a home setting, not a nursing home or facility.
