PAY STRUCTURE

• $15/hr – Entry-level caregivers
• $16/hr – 6+ months caregiving experience
• $17/hr – Medical Assistant certification or 4+ years experience
• $18/hr – CNA certified caregivers
• +$1/hr for weekend shifts
• $175 Perfect attendance Bonus Every paycheck

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who want to make a real difference by providing one-on-one care to seniors in their homes.

Weekend availability is highly preferred, with additional weekday shifts available depending on client needs.

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Medication reminders and routine assistance
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Helping clients maintain safety and independence at home

SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Weekend availability strongly preferred (Fri–Sun)
• Weekday shifts available based on staffing needs
• Shifts typically 6–10 hours
• Consistent client scheduling

REQUIREMENTS

• Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to use a smartphone for clock-in/documentation
• Must pass background screening and drug screening

No disqualifying history related to violence, abuse, or theft
