Overview

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) to ensure safety and comfort
• Promote independence and mobility within their home setting
• Maintain consistent and trusting relationships with assigned clients

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs
• Perform light housekeeping and home organization tasks
• Provide medication reminders and transport clients when necessary
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Use smartphone tools to document care accurately per care plans

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Comfortable providing hands-on care and assistance with mobility
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Smartphone necessary for documentation and communication
