Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting needs
• Assist with transfers and maintain client safety
• Meal prep and nutritional assistance
• Light housekeeping and home tidying
• Medication reminders and transportation to appointments
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Accurately follow care plans and promptly document via smartphone

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience with ADL support required
• Must have dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Comfortable providing hands-on mobility and personal care
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Smartphone necessary for daily updates and communication
