• You LIVE in Kitsap County (REQUIRED**)
• You have caregiving experience (preferred)
• You have an HCA certification or CNA License (or are willing to certify w/ tuition help!)
• You have a valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and active insurance
• You have a Food Handler Card (we will help you obtain one!)
• You know how to use a Hoyer Lift, or you’re willing to learn
• You have a CPR/First Aid experience (preferred - but not a deal breaker)

Job Duties!

• Help with bathing, dressing, meals, and daily routines
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with mobility + safe transfers (Hoyer training provided if needed)
• Provide medication reminders and complete care notes
• Keep the home tidy and comfortable
• Communicate updates to your supervisor
• Encourage independence and meaningful activity
