A locally operated home care company in Albuquerque is currently seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes. We are looking for individuals who are caring, professional, and passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life.

Whether you are experienced in caregiving or just starting your career in home care, paid training and ongoing support are available.

What You’ll Be Doing

Caregivers assist seniors with daily living activities and provide companionship in the comfort of the client’s home. Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s support
• Monitoring client safety and well-being
• Encouraging independence and engagement

Compensation Based on Experience

• Starting pay for entry-level caregivers
• Higher pay available for experienced caregivers, CNAs, and Medical Assistants
• Additional weekend differential pay offered
• Attendance and performance incentives available each pay period

Scheduling Options Available

We currently offer:

• Day shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• Shorter daytime shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Full-time and part-time schedules
