Assisting Hands Home Care is actively hiring caregivers to serve the Loudoun County area including Leesburg, Ashburn, Chantilly, and surrounding communities. Whether you’re experienced or new to caregiving, we provide paid training and a clear path to higher pay within your first few months.

Pay & Benefits:

• $18 – $23 per hour to start
• Pay increases available in as little as 90 days
• Flexible schedules (part-time and full-time, weekdays or weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care assistance: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Help with meal prep and feeding support
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry and tidying
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and using assistive devices
• Observe and report client health changes promptly
• Follow up with Medication Reminders according to care plans
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Maintain detailed and accurate care documentation
• Follow agency procedures and care protocols to ensure safety

Requirements:

• Caring, dependable, and reliable
• Reliable transportation (for some assignments)
• Ability to complete standard pre-employment checks
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Location:

Providing compassionate care across Loudoun County, including but not limited to Leesburg, Lansdowne, Round Hill, Chantilly, Ashburn, Brambleton and surrounding areas. We do our best to match you with clients near your home.
