Pay Structure

• $15/hr – Entry Level (No Experience)

• $16/hr – 6+ Months Experience

• $17/hr – Medical Assistant or 4+ Years Experience

• $18/hr – CNA Certified

• +$1/hr Weekend Differential

• $175 Bonus Per Payday

Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque is hiring reliable and compassionate caregivers for overnight/graveyard shifts (8PM–8AM). These are consistent 12-hour shifts caring for seniors one-on-one in the comfort of their homes.

This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer overnight schedules, quieter work environments, and building meaningful relationships with clients while helping them remain safe and comfortable overnight.

Overnight Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assisting with bedtime and overnight routines

• Monitoring client safety throughout the night

• Mobility assistance and fall prevention

• Toileting and incontinence care as needed

• Light housekeeping and meal/snack preparation

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and emotional support

• Helping clients remain comfortable and safe overnight

Training Provided

Experience is helpful — but not required.
