Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional engagement
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
• Offer transportation to medical appointments as needed
• Document care provided and alert management to changes

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in home caregiving
• CNA or HHA preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Recent negative TB test or readiness to complete before starting
• Clear background check via AHCA Clearinghouse Level 2 or willingness to complete: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Capability to safely assist client mobility

Preferred Experience

• Alzheimer’s and dementia patient care experience
• Hospice or end-of-life care background
• One-on-one long-term in-home support
