Pay Structure

• $15/hr – Entry level (no experience)
• $16/hr – 6+ months experience
• $17/hr – Medical Assistant or 4+ years experience
• $18/hr – CNA certified
• +$1/hr weekend differential
• $175 bonus per payday

What your day looks like

You will assist clients with daily living activities such as:

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Safe mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and respected at home

Training provided

Experience is helpful—but not required.

We provide:

• Step-by-step onboarding with an in-person trainer
• Ongoing training and support
• Guidance to help you feel confident and successful in your role
