Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule Options: Daytime, Evening, Weekend Availability

Work Location: Client Homes Throughout Albuquerque Area

Friday Hiring Hours – Walk In and Interview

Our team is currently interviewing caregivers every Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Applicants are welcome to stop by during hiring hours to speak with a recruiter and learn more about current openings.

About the Role

We are growing our caregiving team and looking for dependable individuals who enjoy helping others. Caregivers provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and adults needing support in the home.

This is a one-on-one caregiving environment with flexible scheduling and ongoing support from our office team.

Compensation

• $15/hr – Entry level (no experience)
• $16/hr – 6+ months experience
• $17/hr – Medical Assistant or 4 years experience
• $18/hr – CNA certified
• +$1/hr weekend differential
• $175 bonus per payday

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Help clients safely move throughout the home
• Support clients with daily routines and activities

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must meet company screening requirements, including background and drug screening
