We’re a small, locally operated home care team, and we hire carefully. We’re looking for dependable caregivers who want steady clients, clear communication, and work that feels organized instead of chaotic.

If you’re someone who shows up, pays attention, and treats people the way you’d want your own family treated, we’d like to talk.

What the job looks like

You’ll visit clients in their homes across Georgetown, Round Rock, and Leander and help with daily routines, personal care, and companionship.

Depending on the client, this may include:

Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Transfers, ambulation, and mobility support

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Medication reminders

Transportation to appointments or errands

Companionship, conversation, and helping the day feel more normal

We do our best to match caregivers thoughtfully so you are not constantly being sent to random clients. The goal is for you to know your clients, and for them to know you.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 4–12 hours

Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and as-needed shifts may be available

Most caregivers work 20–35 hours per week, depending on availability and client needs

What we’re looking for

Prior caregiving, personal care, or family caregiving experience is helpful

Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily routines

Reliable, patient, and professional

Good communication

Reliable vehicle

Valid driver’s license

Current auto insurance

Smartphone for scheduling and documentation
