LPN/RN – 1-on-1 Home Care | $36–$40/hr

Starting Pay:

• LPN: $36–$38/hr

• RN: $38–$40/hr

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs

• Assist with tracheostomy care and respiratory support

• Monitor and report changes in condition

• Support client comfort, safety, and independence

• Collaborate with the care team to provide individualized care

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical assessment skills

• Home health experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
