Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Support safe transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
• Meal prep and maintaining tidy, safe home conditions
• Client transport to appointments and activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accurately follow care plans and document client condition changes

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Typical shifts: Daytime, between 3 and 6 hours, occasional 8 hour shifts
• Availability every other weekend
• Travel radius within approximately 25–30 miles, must be willing to drive in this radius
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills required
• Hours assigned according to availability and client needs

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for driving
• Proficient English communication skills
• Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
• Completion of paid training and orientation process
• Ability to perform essential job tasks with or without accommodation
• Minnesota CNA registration preferred (NOT PCA Certificate)

Preferred

• At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience
