Home Health RN/LPN – Flexible Scheduling

Starting Pay:

• RN: $38.00–$40.00/hr

• LPN: $36.00–$38.00/hr

Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

Provide one-on-one nursing care in a home setting — not a facility.

No patient ratios, no rotating assignments, and more consistent care.

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications and monitor condition

• Take and monitor vital signs

• Provide wound care and nursing treatments

• Assist with feeding tube and daily care support

• Perform tracheostomy care when applicable

• Support client safety, comfort, and independence

• Collaborate with family members and care team

• Monitor and report changes in condition

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license

• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

• Home health or direct patient care experience preferred

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
