Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver – Flexible Hours + Weekly Pay

Pay Range: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

King’s Grace Homecare is adding to our team and looking for dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers to provide in-home support across the Indianapolis area.

We offer flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts, making this a good fit for those seeking steady work or part-time hours.

No prior experience required—paid training is available.

Position Summary

In this role, you will assist clients with daily activities and provide support that helps them remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

Key Duties

• Assist with personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Assist with meals and basic household tasks
• Offer non-medical reminders and routine support
• Provide patient care for individuals with memory-related conditions
• Document care activities and communicate updates

Qualifications

• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to assist with mobility needs (up to 50 lbs.)
• Background check required

Experience

• Experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, CNA, or DSP is helpful
• Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus
• Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply
