What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate companionship and personal care at clients' homes
• Assist with daily living activities including meal prep, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
• Help with mobility, bathing, incontinence, feeding, errands, and light housekeeping
• Transport clients to appointments and social outings

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1-2+ years professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, hospital, rehab, or family care
• Compassionate, reliable, and a team player with strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Ability to pass background check
• Current CPR certification and TB test or chest X-ray (due upon hire)

Schedule & Location: Assignments and hours vary based on client needs; shifts available around the clock including nights, weekends, and holidays. Positions available across San Jose, Campbell, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, and nearby Bay Area communities.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly role
