We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Home Care Aides with availability for overnight and weekend shifts to support clients across Loudoun County. These hours are especially important in ensuring consistent and dependable care when families need it most.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Offer companionship and support during overnight and weekend shifts
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and mobility
• Monitor client condition and report changes
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Follow care plans and document services provided

What We’re Looking For

• Availability for overnight and/or weekend shifts preferred
• Caregiving or home care experience is a plus (CNA or HHA preferred)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and drug screening
