Caregiver – Full-Time & Part-Time (Albuquerque, NM)

On-Site Position

We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team in Albuquerque. Whether you are experienced or new to the field, we provide the training and support needed to succeed in a rewarding caregiving role.

Compensation

• $15/hr – Entry-level (increase after 6 months)
• $16/hr – 6+ months caregiving experience
• $17/hr – Medical Assistant license or 4+ years verified experience
• $18/hr – CNA license
• Additional $1/hr for weekend shifts

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers
• Offer companionship and help maintain daily routines
• Support medication reminders and light exercise activities

Scheduling

We offer a variety of client assignments and will work to match you with a schedule that fits your availability. Most shifts range from 6 to 10 hours. Availability within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (flexible in some cases)
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
