Pay Details:

• $15/hr for new caregivers with no experience (pay increase after 6 months)
• $16/hr with 6+ months caregiving experience
• $17/hr with Medical Assistant license or 4 years’ documented experience
• $18/hr for licensed CNAs
• Additional $1/hr weekend shift pay + $175 payday bonus

Scheduling

Flexible 6, 8, or 10-hour weekend shifts available between 8 AM and 8 PM Thursday through Tuesday. No mandatory 12-hour shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with hygiene, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support client mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with medication reminders and light health routines

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months or more caregiving experience or related credentials
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, patient-focused
