Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Flexible Scheduling + Weekly Pay

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Available

Pay: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour

We are hiring dependable caregivers to provide in-home support for individuals across the Indianapolis area. This role offers flexible scheduling options, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Whether you’re looking for steady hours or a part-time schedule, we work with your availability.

Paid training is available for individuals who are new to caregiving and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support individuals with memory-related conditions with patience and consistency
• Follow care plans and communicate with the care team

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to assist with lifting/mobility (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must pass background screening

Experience

• Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), personal care assistant (PCA), or direct support professional (DSP) is helpful
• Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus
• Entry-level applicants welcome – paid training provided
