Ray of Sunshine Senior Care is a caregiver registry connecting experienced caregivers with in-home care opportunities in the Denton, TX area.

This is a contract (1099) opportunity where caregivers choose the client schedules and assignments that fit their availability.

Available Opportunities

·        Part-time and full-time opportunities available

·        Day, evening, and weekend schedules depending on client needs

·        Opportunities vary based on contracts you choose to accept

Typical Support

·        Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting

·        Meal preparation and feeding assistance

        Light housekeeping and home organization

·        Companionship and safety supervision

·        Transportation to appointments or errands (as applicable)

·        Observing and reporting changes in condition

Requirements

·        Prior caregiving experience preferred (professional experience strongly preferred)

·        Ability to assist with ADLs

        Reliable and able to work independently in a client’s home

·        Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred

·        Comfortable around pets preferred

·        Able to pass a state-mandated background check

·        Experience with dementia care, transfers, or mobility assistance is a plus

Compensation

·        $18–$22 per hour depending on the client opportunity

·        Contract (1099) position
