Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (ADL Experience Required)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to provide hands-on support for clients in their homes.

This role focuses on personal care (ADLs), daily routines, and maintaining a safe, well-run home environment—while also building a consistent, trusted relationship with each client.

Schedule

• 4 to 12 hour shifts (days, evenings, and/or overnights)
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability and client needs
• Consistent client assignments whenever possible

What You’ll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide ambulation and mobility support
• Assist with transfers and safety awareness
• Prepare meals and support nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping and home organization
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and document services

Requirements

• Experience with ADLs required
• Reliable vehicle required
• Current driver’s license required
• Current auto insurance required
• Comfortable with hands-on caregiving and mobility support
• Dependable, patient, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Smartphone for communication and documentation
