Overview

• Deliver high-quality in-home support to clients with dementia and related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, and observation for changes in health status.
• Follow detailed care plans and communicate effectively with care teams.
• Support clients’ emotional and physical well-being tailored to dementia care needs.

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable.
• Physical ability to assist with client mobility and lifting as needed.
• Comfort and experience with Hospice, end-of-life clients is a must.
• Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or developmental disabilities care is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills is a plus.
