Overnight Caregiver – Weekly Pay

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Shift: Overnight (8–12 hour shifts available)

Pay: $17.00 – $17.50/hour

We are actively hiring Caregivers, HHAs, PCAs, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for overnight shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer a calm work environment and want consistent, one-on-one care opportunities.

Paid training is available for dependable candidates, including those newer to caregiving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide overnight supervision and ensure client safety
• Support mobility, repositioning, and transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide patient, respectful support to individuals with memory-related conditions (such as dementia)
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow care plans and document care provided

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and able to consistently work overnight shifts
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to assist with lifting/mobility (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must pass background screening

Experience

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or DSP is a plus
• Experience with dementia or memory care is preferred but not required
• Entry-level applicants welcome – paid training provided
