Caregiver (PCA) – Weekly Pay + Flexible Schedule

Location: Indianapolis

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience and availability)

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / PRN

Overview

We are hiring Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care in the Indianapolis area.

This role is a strong fit for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and looking for consistent part-time work with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Paid training is available for motivated candidates, including those newer to caregiving.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Follow care plans and communicate with the care team

Qualifications

• Reliable, respectful, and able to work independently
• Clear communication and ability to follow care instructions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check

Experience

• Previous caregiver, PCA, HHA, or direct care experience is helpful but not required
• We provide paid training for candidates with the right attitude and reliability
