Golden Heart Senior Care is actively hiring caregivers in the Dayton area. Whether you’re experienced or new to caregiving, we provide paid training and a clear path to higher pay within your first few months.

Pay & Benefits:

• $14.50 – $17 per hour to start
• Pay increases available in as little as 90 days
• Flexible schedules (part-time and full-time, weekdays or weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meals)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and errands
• Support clients in staying safe and independent at home
• Drive clients to appointments or activities (when needed)

Requirements:

• Caring, dependable, and reliable
• Reliable transportation (for some assignments)
• Ability to complete standard pre-employment checks
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

No experience required — paid training provided.
