We focus on reliable scheduling, long-term client relationships, and supportive office coordination so caregivers can count on predictable work and steady income.

Pay & Schedule

• $17–$20 per hour (based care needs)

• 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts available

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

Position Overview

This role provides non-medical, in-home care for clients who need assistance with daily living. Most assignments are designed to support continuity of care and stable scheduling whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Transportation to appointments (when applicable)

• Document care and report changes in condition

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• CNA license or HHA certification preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Negative TB test (PPD within 12 months or chest X-ray within 5 years) required or ability to obtain prior to start

• Active Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening (or ability to obtain): https://info.flclearinghouse.com

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers

Preferred Experience

• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care

• Hospice or palliative care

• One-on-one long-term home care
