Full Time | Part Time Caregiver Jobs — Burlington & Surrounding Areas

We See You. We Value You. We're Ready for You.

Caregiving is one of the most meaningful professions in the world — and one of the most overlooked. Not here. At Assisting Hands Burlington, caregivers are not just employees. You are the heart of everything we do. Without you, we are nothing, and we mean that. When you reach out to us, we respond. No waiting hours. No waiting days. No being ignored. If you are qualified, we will schedule your interview immediately — because your time matters as much as ours. These are the reasons why caregivers love working for Assisting Hands Home Care, one of the most respected Home Care Agencies in Greater Milwaukee.

We are fully committed to supporting you, respecting you, and making sure you feel that every single day.

We believe caregivers deserve more — their contributions go beyond just a flat hourly rate. Here are ALL the ways you can earn money with us:

  1. Industry-Leading Base Pay. The more you bring to the table, the more we pay you. On shifts of 4 hours or more, it's that simple.
  2. +$8 per hour added to your base for short 2 or 3-hour shifts
  3. $100 Bonus every time you complete 100 hours — equal to an extra $1 per hour, but sweeter because it comes in a lump sum
  4. Driving Bonus — get rewarded for using your vehicle to help your clients
  5. Overtime Pay at time and a half
  6. Holiday Pay at time and a half
  7. Paid Time Off — PTO banked for you every hour you work
  8. Referral Bonuses when you refer other caregivers or new clients

No complicated rules. No guessing what you'll make. Just clear pay and real bonuses that reward the work you're already doing.

Whether you want full-time or part-time, short shifts or long shifts, there are multiple ways to increase your earnings here.
