As a Home Care Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and comfort for our clients — all while working with a supportive team that truly appreciates you.

Locations We Serve:

Round Hill • Chantilly • Ashburn • Brambleton • Stone Ridge • South Riding

What You’ll Do

Your compassion and professionalism will shine as you:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide warm companionship and engage clients in uplifting activities
• Support meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Help with light housekeeping: laundry, tidying, organizing
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers, including assistive devices
• Monitor changes in clients’ health or behavior and report concerns
• Administer medications as directed
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Complete timely and accurate care documentation
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and care protocols

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• CNA certification is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to assist safely with mobility and transfers
• Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
• Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays
• Must pass background check and drug screening
