We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Aides to serve clients across Loudoun County. In this role, you’ll help promote independence, dignity, and comfort—while growing professionally in a team that truly values your contributions.

Areas We Serve

Leesburg • Lansdowne • Round Hill • Chantilly • Ashburn • Brambleton • Broadlands • Stone Ridge • South Riding

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our care team, you will:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Support meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, organizing, tidying)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Administer medications as directed
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Follow all agency policies and care protocols

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred
• CNA certification is a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers safely
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
