We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who values meaningful patient relationships and high-quality one-on-one care.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs

• Provide tracheostomy care and respiratory support (training available)

• Assist with daily nursing care and positioning

• Monitor and report changes in condition

• Support client safety, comfort, and independence

• Collaborate with the care team to provide individualized care

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver's license

• Home health or tracheostomy experience preferred but not required
