What You'll Do

• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs

• Provide wound care and nursing treatments

• Assist with tracheostomy care and respiratory support when needed

• Monitor catheters and collect specimens as appropriate

• Communicate changes in condition to the care team

• Support client comfort, safety, and independence

• Assist in coordinating care and supporting caregivers

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Home health, long-term care, or direct patient care experience preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
