Starting Pay: $36.00–$38.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

Position Overview

As a Home Health LPN, you will provide individualized nursing care to clients with spinal cord injuries and complex medical needs. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where you are the primary nurse for your client.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications

• Monitor vital signs and assess condition

• Assist with daily care and comfort needs

• Provide tracheostomy care when applicable

• Accompany clients to medical appointments as needed

• Support safety, independence, and quality of life

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license

• Home health or one-on-one care experience preferred
