We’re hiring experienced caregivers who are looking for steady, ongoing work with consistent clients — not one-time or last-minute shifts.

We offer a variety of shift lengths (4–12 hours), and while occasional shift coverage may be needed, our focus is on matching caregivers with ongoing cases — not filling random gaps whenever possible.

If you are only looking to pick up occasional shifts, this is not the right fit.

What You Can Expect

• $17–$20 per hour (based on client needs & level of care)
• 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts available

What We’re Looking For

Our strongest caregivers are professionals who:

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Document care and report changes in condition

Requirements

• 18 months to 2 years of caregiving experience
• CNA license or HHA certification strongly preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test (PPD within the last 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years)
• Active Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening with fingerprints on file, or ability to obtain immediately: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility

Ideal Candidates Have Experience With

• Alzheimer’s and dementia care
• Hospice or palliative care
• One-on-one, long-term home care
