Where You’ll Work:

This is a community-based position, so you’ll travel to clients’ homes across the Twin Cities Metro area, including but not limited to:

Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Bloomington, Edina, Burnsville, Richfield, Eagan, and surrounding areas (within ~25–30 miles of your home).

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle), valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work every other weekend, 8 AM – 5 PM (or longer) on Saturdays and Sundays. (more availability the more hours we are able to offer)
• Functional cell phone with active service.
• Completion of 14 hours of paid online training and attendance at in-person orientation.
• Must communicate clearly, both in writing and orally, in English.
• Must have a professional, respectful demeanor.
• Ability to provide personal care to male and female clients.
• Dependable, empathetic, patient, and compassionate nature.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship in clients’ homes.
• Assist with mobility, bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Prepare and serve meals or snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer transportation assistance for errands, appointments, and shopping.
• Remind clients to take medications as scheduled.
