Starting Pay: $34.00–$36.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

Position Overview

As a Home Health LPN, you will provide individualized nursing care to clients with spinal cord injuries and complex medical needs. This role is hands-on, relationship-focused, and clinically meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications

• Take and monitor vital signs

• Assist with comfort and daily care needs

• Accompany clients to scheduled medical appointments when needed

• Provide tracheostomy care when applicable

• Support clients’ safety, comfort, and independence at home

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Home health or one-on-one care experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Current CPR certification
